Requirement complexity increases when combining input from cross-discipline teams into a unified product backlog. This requires forethought and careful dependency planning to remain on-track for release targets. With empathy and a deep understand of our customers, we seek to fully know the users we build solutions for and weave that knowledge into our delivery approach.
Our PMs work collaboratively alongside each organizational team throughout the product’s lifecycle. They are there – beginning to end – to ensure consistency and support our clients in achieving their desired outcome.
The Product and Program Management team at projekt202 is no stranger to wearing multiple hats. Our PMs manage budget and timeline, ensuring that both stay on target, while also serving as an integral part of the delivery team, ensuring that the final outcome checks all the boxes for our clients. In addition to that, our PMs are the main point of contact for our clients, available to answer any and all questions that arise before, during, and after the conclusion of an engagement.
